Hello Tyler Maker Faire fans and supporters… I am so sorry to share the news, but unfortunately we will have to cancel the Maker Faire (scheduled for April 18, 2020) altogether. We considered rescheduling for the fall, but after much consideration we’ve decided to forgo 2020 and focus on 2021. The date will be April 24th, 2021.
There’s too much uncertainty and the museum is suffering mightily due to being closed in our busy season…
It’s a shame as we were expecting a great faire with the return of an amazing performer, and some great news makers involved… BUT, we have the date set for next year, we’ve already confirmed Mario the Maker Magician for 2021, and I know we’ll get through this together.
Our plan is to host a virtual Tyler Maker Faire online throughout the coming year- highlighting our makers, performers, food trucks, sponsors and more- all leading up to the faire’s return in 2021! Watch for us on all our Tyler Maker Faire social media channels!
